He was discovered by Baby Fresh, a producer for Mavin Records, who signed him to Blowtime Entertainment, an imprint of Don Jazzy‘s Mavin Records. He released his first EP Cray Cray in 2019, which contained the hit songs So Fine and Gock Am. He has also collaborated with other artists such as Zlatan, Rexxie, Rema and Mayorkun. He was nominated for the Next Rated Award at The Headies 2020 and won two awards at the Global Music Awards Africa in 2021. He is also one of the beneficiaries of the YouTube Foundry Programme in 2021.

Bella Shmurda, whose real name is Abiola Ahmed Akinbiyi, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter from Ikorodu, Lagos. He rose to prominence in 2019 with the release of the song Vision 2020, and a follow-up remix which featured Olamide. He is also the leader of Dangbana Republik, a collective of creatives in Lagos providing community and humanitarian contributions. He released his first EP High Tension in 2020, which included the songs Cash App, Sho Mo Mi and Omnipotent. He has also worked with other artists such as Zlatan, Davido, Masterkraft and Runtown. He was nominated for the Next Rated Award at The Headies 2020 and 2021, and won two awards at the City People Entertainment Awards in 2020. He made his debut performance at The O2 Arena in the United Kingdom, as a guest performer at Wizkid's Made in Lagos Concert in November 2021.
